JSW Landscaping & Surfacing
Porcelain and natural stone patios, paths and steps, laid on a solid base with the drainage and finishing details done properly.

With patios and paths the choices are almost endless: natural stone such as Kandla grey, Raj and fossil mint sandstone, yellow or black limestone, reclaimed Yorkstone and slate, sleek porcelain, or pre-formed concrete slabs. We can use one product or combine several to add contrast, borders and character.
Each patio is laid on a properly prepared base, with falls and drainage planned so water runs away from the house. Where a level threshold is needed we install slot drains or ACO channels, and we finish with the right jointing — from two-part resin jointing compounds to traditional sand and cement.
We also build steps, curved edges and seating areas, and can blend new paving with existing stone where you want to keep what you have.

Questions
Porcelain is very hard-wearing, consistent in colour and easy to keep clean. Natural stone has more variation and a traditional feel, and often costs less. We will bring samples and talk through what suits your home.
Every patio needs a fall to shed water, and patios that sit against the house or need a level threshold usually need a slot drain or channel. We plan drainage as part of the quote.
